Every cake at Dulce Vegan is gluten-free. Not as a special request, not as a modified version — as the only way we work. Our kitchen contains no wheat, barley, rye, or any gluten-containing ingredient. There is no shared equipment with gluten-based products. For people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity, this eliminates the cross-contamination risk that even well-intentioned conventional bakeries cannot fully control.
